Branzoaice moldovenesti

Ingrediente:
Aluat:
800 gr faina
3 oua
50 gr drojdie
5 lg zahar
350 ml apa
50 ml ulei
sare

Umplutura:
600 gr branza de vaci
zahar dupa gust
3 oua
sare
zahar vanilat
coaja de lamaie

Preparare:

Din ingredientele de mai sus se face un aluat nu prea vartos care se lasa la dospit. Dupa ce aluatul a crescut se imparte in bucati egale care se rotunjesc si se mai lasa 10 min la dospit.

Apoi se intinde cu merdeneaua in cercuri cu diametrul de 10 cm se aseaza umplutura in mijloc, apoi se aduna maginile formandu-se branzoaicele. Se lasa la crescut in tava, se ung cu ou batut, se presara cu zahar tos si se coc la foc potrivit.

Mentiuni:

Se servesc calde unse bine cu smantana si pudrate cu zahar sau simple
