Fasole cu carnati

Ingrediente:
-500 g de fasole uscata
-3 cepe mari
-500 g carnati usor picanti
-2-3 linguri bulion
-codimente: iehnibar, boia dulce de ardei, busuioc, cimbru, sare dupa gust
-3 catei de usturoi

Preparare:

Se fierbe fasolea si se scurge de apa se paseaza pana devine pasta. Cateii de usturoi pisati se amesteca cu pasta de fasole si putina sare.

Ceapa tocata solzisori se caleste putin pana devine sticloasa, se adauga bulionul si codimentele. Se calesc 1-2 minute adaugand un pahar de apa. Apoi se adauga carnatii portionati sa fiarba in sosul format pana scade apa.
