Creveti pane cu fulgi de ovaz

Ingrediente:
1 ou
Faina
Fulgi de ovaz
Sare si piper

Preparare:

Se spala crevetii (eu am folosit congelati), se lasa la scurs. Se bate oul cu faina, sare si piper ca pentru snitel. Fulgii de ovaz (daca sunt mari) ii sfaramam in blender, dar nu foarte tare.

Cand crevetii s-au scurs se dau prin ou si apoi prin “faina” de ovaz, unul cate unul. Se prajesc in ulei incins.

Mentiuni:

Se servesc cu piure de cartofi si salata verde!
